Roswell Ramblers Club
Interested in Joining?
The Roswell Ramblers is a membership organization of active
individuals who are interested in developing recreational
programs
and activities for the mutual benefit of citizens aged 50
and over.
Ramblers meet at the Roswell Adult Recreation Center, 830
Grimes Bridge Road. Activities include trips, parties,
business
luncheons and meetings, social functions, publishing the
newsletter,
program planning and volunteer opportunities. Rambler
members
are offered the opportunity to take an active part in
planning activities
for the club. Membership is $15 per year and runs
concurrently with
the City of Roswell’s fiscal year of July 1 through June
30th. All
persons age 50 and over who wish to participate in the club
are invited
to join by filling out a registration form and including a
check for their
$15 membership fee, payable to “City of Roswell”.

RAMBLER’S ANGELS
The purpose of this club is to make knitted and crocheted
clothing for the
underprivileged. If you don’t knit or crochet, but would
like to contribute,
the club always need lots of yarn. New acrylic, washable
yarn will be
accepted, as well as monetary gifts. Some items made by the
club will be
sold to make money to buy more yarn. See the sale table in
the lobby of the
ARC for beautiful, handmade gifts. Meetings are scheduled
for the 1st and
3rd Saturday of each month. Please call 770-641-3950 if you

in this wonderful endeavor. Held at Adult Recreation Center.

RAMBLING ROSES RED HAT SOCIETY
Anew, loosely-organized social club for women 50 and over
who just want
to be themselves, wear a purple outfit with a red hat and go
to lunch.
Meetings are held once a month at the Adult Recreation
Center at 830
Grimes Bridge Road in Roswell. After the meeting, we will
then travel
together to a restaurant for lunch. Check the bulletin board
at the Adult
Recreation Center for meeting schedules. Must be a member of
the
Roswell Ramblers club, and in addition there will be a $5
fee for the
Roswell Chapter. Nominal fees associated for transportation.
